Past simple Tense in Negative form.
1.If it there is the auxiliary verb, add not after that auxiliary verb.

Affirmative form : I was hungry. |

Negative form : I was not hungry.I wasn't hungry.

2.If it there is no auxiliary verb. Use did to help then add not after did and use V1 (infinitive).

Affermative form : June saw the doctor yesterday. |
| |
Negative form : June did not see the doctor yesterday.
:June didn't see the doctor yesterday.
